Metal cold forging is a high-tech process featured in high efficiency, low energy consumption and high quality. With the development of technology and trend of automobile and motorcycle production toward small size, high speed and stable driving, higher requirements are imposed on the forged pieces in terms of their accuracy of dimension, weight and mechanical property. As a result, cold forging has become an ideal process for the production of small-sized or middle-sized parts.

We have advanced cold forging technology in the production of various machinery parts. Currently, our enterprise is providing large number of cold forging pieces to mechanical manufacturers both home and abroad including producers of hydraulic tubes joints, motors, electric appliance, oil pumps and amps, spouts and auto fittings. The forged pieces contribute to cost reduction and improvement of the quality and efficiency of their production.

Compared with the traditional mold-forging, cold forging can not only save 30% to 50% of raw material and 40% to 80% of energy but largely elevate the quality of the products and improve the working condition as well.
